Download the app, grant location permissions for weather data, and optionally create an account to sync your data across devices. The app works offline too - you can track symptoms without an internet connection.
No! You can use WellnessWatch as a guest. Creating an account lets you sync data across devices and provides backup, but it's completely optional.
Location (for weather data) and notifications (for health alerts). All permissions are optional and clearly explained when requested.
We use AccuWeather® for professional-grade weather data and forecasts. However, weather can change rapidly, so use the information as a general guide.
You can track any symptoms or conditions you want to monitor - headaches, joint pain, mood, allergies, sleep quality, and more. The app is flexible to accommodate your specific health tracking needs.
Yes! Your health data is stored locally on your device by default. If you create an account, data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal health information with third parties.
Yes, you can export all your data at any time from the Settings screen. Your data belongs to you.
Local data will be deleted with the app. If you have an account, your data remains safely stored and can be restored when you reinstall the app.
Check that location permissions are enabled and you have an internet connection. Try pulling down on the weather screen to refresh manually.
Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, restart your device. Contact support if problems continue.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. You can also email us at[email protected]to request account deletion.
Yes! Create an account and your data will sync across all your devices automatically.
We use Google and Apple sign-in, so password recovery is handled by them. If you're having trouble signing in, contact us for assistance.
